Grandstand Seats

For the very best view of the Lord Mayor's Show, book a seat in the Grandstand at St Paul's. They're very popular, and space is limited, so they always sell out weeks in advance.

You can book seats online with a credit or debit card or by filling in the downloadable form and sending it to:

Samantha Lee
Tickets.com Ltd (Lord Mayor's Show)
Elder House
570 – 578 Elder Gate
Milton Keynes MK9 1LR

You can also reach Samantha on 01908 300106. Seats are sold on a first-come first-served basis but the stand has some accessible spaces reserved for wheelchair users.

Notes for ticket holders

All seats must be occupied by 10:45am. Please allow enough time to get to your seats, keeping in mind the size of the crowds and the closure of many nearby streets. The nearest Underground Stations are St Paul's, Mansion House and Blackfriars.

You can find all this information, the location of the grandstand and more on our downloadable map of the route. Meanwhile, some notes and tips:

  • Please use public transport: there is no parking available
  • We also have a limited number of places set aside for disabled visitors.
  • The grandstands are not covered
  • Children will only be allowed onto grandstands if they have a ticket, unless they are small enough to sit on a lap without causing any inconvenience to others
  • It is not permitted to take carry cots, folding push chairs, or bulky packages onto the grandstands
  • Useful telephone numbers:
    All London Travel Information 020 7222 1234
    City Information Centre 020 7332 3456

LOST TICKETS CANNOT BE REPLACED, AND WE REGRET THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR GIVE REFUNDS.

In short

The 2009 Lord Mayor's Show will be on Saturday 14 November. The procession lasts from 11am to about 2.30pm and fills the whole area between Bank and Aldwych. There are guided walks at 3 and the day ends with fireworks at 5 over the Thames.

Take part!

If you'd like to take part in next year's Show, please get in touch with the Pageantmaster's office soon. It's a fantastic way to boost your profile, raise morale and do something for charity all at once, and the procession is usually full by late spring.
